Ato Ayalew Assefa, the owner of Orbit International Hotel, was born in 1968 in the historic area of Marye, Ambasel, Wollo, Ethiopia. He began his educational journey in his local community, where he completed his primary education. He later pursued technical and vocational training in auto mechanics.
After completing his education, Ato Ayalew built extensive professional experience by working with international organizations, including non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the U.S. Embassy, and travel agencies for over fourteen years.

Driven by a vision for excellence in hospitality, Ato Ayalew expanded his entrepreneurial journey into the hotel industry through the establishment of Orbit International Hotel, a four-star destination designed to provide exceptional comfort, service, and hospitality.
